Common questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new account starts with free lookups on public accounts. You can search any Instagram profile and see their recent followers, following, and unfollowers without paying. Upgrade only when you want to track multiple accounts or access history.

How does tracking work?

We take snapshots of your tracked accounts' follower and following lists when you check them, then compare them over time to detect changes. When someone new follows or unfollows, it shows up in your dashboard. The more days you track, the more complete your history becomes.

Can I track private accounts?

No — just like any public tool, we can only see what Instagram shows publicly. Private accounts keep their follower/following lists hidden from non-approvers, so those accounts cannot be tracked. This is a platform limitation, not ours.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your tracking history and account data are retained for 30 days after cancellation. After that, all data is permanently deleted from our servers. If you resubscribe within 30 days, your history is restored automatically.

Do you sell my data or Instagram access?

No. We only store your tracked account data and email for support purposes. We never sell your information, never post on your behalf, and never need your Instagram password. The Instagram data shown comes from public-only endpoints.
